Very Clean, Low Hour, and Incredibly High-Quality Build!
PEREGINE is a turnkey, lift kept, custom yacht that shows incredibly well. Built by Lyman Morse and designed by C. Raymond Hunt, this boat is an outstanding example of Lyman-Morse quality yacht construction, fit and finish! The well-appointed mahogany interior is elegant yet functional and matched on the exterior with a custom toe rail and stainless-steel accessories. A lower and flybridge helm provide options for the captain and guests in any weather conditions, while having multiple entertaining areas for guests on board.
With low hour CAT C-9 ACERT engines (670 hours), Hamilton HJ322 jet drives, and a shallow 2.5ââ?¬â?¢ draft, this boat is perfect for a couple or family that is looking to cruise the Bahamas, the Northeast, or cocktail cruises.Ã?Â
This was Lyman Morseâs 17th build with Peter Boyce at Hunt design in New Bedford, MA. This proven deep V hull design provides a comfortable cruise either in the ICW or in the ocean. During the build, extra attention was paid to sound deadening by adding high-density material in the stringers, Metalastic type anti-vibration mounts, and strategically placed sound deadening tiles, to provide a quieter ride at cruise.
Steering the boat can either be done with the throttles, joystick, or mouse for finer adjustments and ease of use.
In July of 2022, Peregrine underwent a yard period ($100,000+) where the owner addressed anything that needed attention.Ã?Â
The electronics were all updated:
Three new Garmin 8616ââ?¬â?¢s were added (2 lower, 1 on Fly), Chirp transducer and Garmin autopilots.Ã?Â
- Servicing the engine coolers/heat exchangers
- Changing the generator from Westerbeke to a new Northern Lights.
- Changing raw water hoses and clamps in engine room.Ã?Â
- Replacing propane grill in cockpit
- 4 Coats of varnish on exterior teak
PEREGRINE shows incredibly well, has been very well maintained and is going to be an incredible boat for its next owner.Ã?Â
