Accommodations

The accomodations include two cabins, with the master stateroom forward in the V berth area, with a step up and under bunk storage and solid panel door with burl inset. This stateroom includes a hanging locker and excellent lighting. Finishes are all custom teak with mahogany accents. The berth makes full use of the width of the cabin, while still providing sufficent room to make the bed.

Aft of the forward cabin is a head with shower en-suite, separated from cabinetry by virtue of  a sliding curtain track overhead. An oiled teak grate flooring provides separation from shower drainage. The head has natural lighting via an overhead hatch, while also provided with low voltage fixtures and a highly polished surround so as to make clean up and wipe down most efficient. An electric head is provided.

Aft of the head to starboard is a galley area with multiple, refrigerated in-counter spaces, in addition to a two burner top and microwave. The full electrical panel is located to the aft of the galley, where it is easily reachable and has proper lighting for switch selection.

Aft on the port side is an outstanding pilot station with chart table and overhead storage, with swing out stool seating. A pilot berth is located immediately aft of the pilot station. The berth is deceivingly large and can be made private with curtain.

The upper deck includes a fully equipped helm station to starboard, with Garmin 8616 chartplotter with Garmin 36 mile radar, bow thruster controls, Volvo vertical trim tab controls, and Volvo engine digital readouts. The helm area and extended width helm seat is well situated for outstanding views forward and aft, as well as to starboard and port via the very large fixed port windows, and near 7 foot headroom on the bridge deck. The port helm side includes a matching extra wide leatherette finished seat, which is also in excellent condition, showing very little wear. This material is also carried out through the settee area aft on the port side. There is also a small drink refrigerator under the port helm seat, with brand new extreme high efficiency Variable Speed Dometic HVAC under the starboard helm area. Aft of the starboard helm is an access door to ships power switching and generator controls. The brand new Northern Lights 6KW generator supplies fully capable power for all the ships needs.

The U shaped settee aft on the port side has a highly finished dinette table, which is mounted on a large diameter polished stainless post. high/low The upper deck provides for comfortable all-weather accomodation, given that the entire upper deck area is fully conditioned, especially when the aft "soft-back" canvas enclosure is fitted.

A roof top solar array provides on-going trickle charging of the full bank of AGM batteries, and a Starlink receiver is also provided on the hard top roof, aft of the mast, which includes steaming light.

The cockpit is oiled teak and is in excellent condition, with many sandings left. Grain is fine and smooth, with no raised caulk in either the cockpit or on the swim platform. A hinged transom door to starboard provides seamless access to the swim platform. There is also a sink and counter top arrangement with storage underneath at the forward end of the cockpit, inclusive of the main engine room door. Multiple teak covered steps are provided at both port and starboard sides of the cockpit to provide access to the side decks. Under the starboard gunnel is located a washdown hose.  A large in-deck storage box is located mid cockpit, and additional dock line and fender storage is provided under the rear cockpit seat.
