Warrior, originally Blue Robin, was designed and owned by Ted Hood. Accommodating 6 guests and 4 crew in 4 staterooms with 4 separate heads,salon with all around eye-level opening ports and a large owner's stateroom aft with private companionway to a private cockpit.
Actual Condition: Project boat in uncompleted stage. Engines, generator and much of the interior have been removed. Engines have been bench tested and ran. No generator. Deck hardware removed. Teak decks have been removed, fiberglassed where needed and sealed with AwlGrip primer. All thru-hulls, other than propeller tubes and shafts, removed. Much of the interior joinerywork has been removed from the salon aft. Removed interior wood, removed hardware, standing and running rigging has been saved and most of it labeled. Much of the removed interior cabinetry and floorboards show sever water damage. Bilges, where accessible have been cleaned and painted. Mast and boom look to be in fair shape. Winch list correct but no guarantee that all parts to some of the disassembled winches are included. Bomar deck hatches have been replaced. Plexi or glass ports above the waterline have not been replaced. Previous owner of vessel walked away from the project and yard has taken possession of vessel.
Yard is willing to discuss refit possibilities or vessel can be removed with gear as is.
Yard will include putting the engines aboard and loading hull on trailer as part of the sale. Yard will step mast as part of sale.
