This stunning Lazzara 74 boasts features that are not commonly found together, such as her shallow draft (4'2") that allows access to the FL Key's and the Bahamas, fin stabilization, reliable twin CAT C-18 diesel engines, 4 guest staterooms and 5 heads (plus crew), a one level galley/salon with expansive windows for sunlight port to starboard, walk around side decks/flush deck, twin anchors for Bahamian anchorage, and American built (with American size spaces). If you spend any time in the Bahamas, you may recognize her because she makes a yearly summer pilgrimage to the Bahamas with the current owner's family and friends.

Under her present ownership, she has been mindfully maintained and relentlessly improved both aesthetically and mechanically. Her electronics have been upgraded to include Yacht Controller, both Onan generators were replaced and upgraded, teak cockpit and teak treads on stairway replaced in 2017. She received a complete paint job from Owl Creek Boat Works in August 2021. Her bottom paint is up to date as it was last painted in May 2023. The "1000 hr service" was just completed with fluid changes, aftercooler core replacement (no failure, simply preventative), valve adjustment, and heat exchanger cleaning.
