This 1996 Lakeview 66' x 16' Widebody is a spacious houseboat with an included slip at Tellico Marina in Vonore, TN.
Powered by twin Mercruiser 3.0LX 120hp engines with 325 hours. The ship's systems are powered by 50 amp shorepower or the Westerbeke 12.5kW generator (1,480 hours). Bow & stern thrusters make docking easy!
The salon is setup with an open layout featuring plenty of seating in view of a flat-screen TV and fireplace. Her galley is fully furnished with a refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, trash compactor, two-bowl stainless steel sink, and ample pantry space. A circular dining table is placed in front of another large pantry.
Overnight accommodations are provided by the master and guest staterooms. There are two heads with full shower stalls and macerators. The two lower cuddy cabins are currently being used for office space and additional storage. A stacked washer and dryer set is found in the master stateroom.
Her lower bow deck features a full isinglass enclosure, mini-fridge, and patio dining furniture. The upper deck is incredibly spacious with patio furniture, a grill, dockboxes, and a large canopy. This vessel can be operated via the upper or lower helm stations.
