The Houseboat is equipped with a MerCruiser 898 V8 inboard/outboard engine and a Champion air-cooled generator. The interior features 2 convertible sofas in the main salon along with a galley kitchen equipped with an electric refrigerator/freezer, a gas oven/range, microwave, coffee maker, double stainless sink, and a charbroil gas grill with a side burner is just outside. The galley and main salon features an over-head roof-mount air conditioning unit with heat, while a 1500 watt infrared portable heater is also included. Down a few steps towards the aft you'll pass through twin over full size bunk bed in the hallway with a full bathroom featuring a new marine head, vanity sink, and walk-in shower that is shared with the master stateroom that features a queen size bed, two nightstands, two closets, an integrated dresser, and another roof-mount air conditioning unit is overhead. Onboard entertainment is available via a pair of Roku HDTVs and an AM/FM/CD/Aux input stereo. The covered patio features a sun-shade to block the afternoon sunlight, a ceiling fan overhead, and a patio table/chair set. Another table/chair set is located on the attached dock. Upstairs you'll find a newly gel-coated roof with raised railing feet for moisture prevention and plenty of room for sunbathing.
The mooring location on Norris Lake is transferable and includes a shore power cable.
