"METAPHOR" is a semi-custom J37C, one of the last to be built. She was delivered in 1990 to the father of one of the engineers at TPI, the builder of J Boats. A number of non-standard features were added, including two additional side ports, teak toe rail, inner forestay and custom interior teak cabinetry. Since 1995 she has been professionally maintained with inside winter storage by Dodson's Boatyard in Stonington, CT. This rare boat is our trade!
