Comes with a 9' dinghy with a 6 hp Mercury outboard, dinghy davits. New bottom paint and varnished teak. She's been in New England except for the last 3 years. There being sailed for 4 mths a year and stored out of the water. Inside all winter. Most of the boats systems have been replaced in the last 3 years. New water tank, new holding tank, all plumbing, all new upholstery, custom cockpit cushions, new Bimini, new gas grill. And a lot more options. THIS IS A MUST SEE!
