This 1991 Island Packet 38 is in excellent condition and ready to cruise, Bluewater capable and very comfortable! Upon entry of the IP38 you immediately note that the cockpit area is clean, well laid out and organized. Aft you find davits for your dinghy. The helm area features a Garmin 740S Chart Plotter and Radar, Raymarine ST7000 Autopilot and ST60 Multi display for all to see.� � The cockpit area features a full Dodger, Bimini and side shade curtains all in excellent condition.

On deck, the Island Packet features 2 cowl vents for constant and consistent cabin ventilation, a � Lewmar Windlass with both foot switches and remote control operation. The Genoa and Staysail both have roller furling and the self tacking stay sail does have a boom.

AS you go below this Island Packet 38, the first thing you can't help noticing the spacious salon area with its beautiful joiner work and covered cushions.

To starboard (aft) the very seaworthy galley makes it capable of preparing a meal while underway while keeping the cook safe. The galley features a huge top loading refrigerator with Adler/Barbour Super Cold Machine, propane stove/oven, double stainless steel sink and storage abound.

Aft to port is a large cabin with a large twin size quarterberth, opening port and beautifully finished cabinetry featuring drawers, a hanging locker and seat for dressing. The forward part of the cabin also has direct access to the aft head which features a marine head, full vanity and shower.

In the Salon, to starboard and forward of the galley is a large navigation station with plenty of room to plan for the next days adventure. Forward of the nav station is a settee with storage above and below.�  Mid cabin is a large 2 leaf table that drops down to expose additional storage. To Port is another settee with storage and a hanging locker forward.

Forward of the salon is the large master stateroom that is fit for extended cruising.�  To port you will find a drawer bank and a large hanging locker providing plenty of storage for extended cruising; to starboard is a large double berth with ventilation and shelving.

Forward of the master cabin is an ensuite head with a large vanity and storage and storage above and below. The boat features 12 opening ports, 5 overhead hatches, fine woodwork throughout the cabin and a very homey atmosphere.�
