Rare find! Two Yanmar diesel engines. Spacious interior and cockpit. Work needed. Selling as-is, where-is. So much potential!

This rare 35 Packet Cat is being offered for sale by the second owner. It needs a good bit of work, but floats and reportedly runs.

Being offered for sale as-is, where is.no trial run possible as both motors need serviced.

Original power was two Yanmar 3GM diesel engines. The seller replaced the port motor with a 4 cylinder Yanmar about 10 years ago in hopes of a better hull speed. Both are due for service as is the generator.

Standing rigging is original. Chainplates appear in good condition and decks felt solid when taking photos.

Each hull has forward berths, lots of storage, and rear heads/showers. Full-size galley with a sink, two-burner stove, and a fridge/freezer. Northern Lights diesel generator, Balcor fridge, Band G autopilot(needs to be recalibrated), Garmin 3206 GPS, 2 heads with basin, shower, and bathtub, with LectraSan MSD to handle all waste.

Lots of headroom in the main salon. Abundant seating inside and out. One rail on the starboard side is showing some cracks at the base (pictured). There is some fiberglass damage from past storms (pictured). There bimini top canvas needs replaced, but the stainless steel frame is included with the sale.

The remote windlass is operational.
