Price has just been reduced - this boat will need some work.
Due to ill health and then a "passing" this boat has not had the attention that it needed for the last several years. However, the bones are there and with the right buyer this boat could be brought back to being a fine sailing vessel that an owner would be proud of.
The Interior spaces are in very good shape; some cosmetic work will be needed there, however a couple of weekends would probably correct those items. The exterior needs extensive cleaning and the hull could use a polish and wax; it is believed the shine will come back. The area that needs the most work is the teak toe rails - they need to be thoroughly scrubbed, sanded and refinished after a small section has been repaired on the starboard side.
The engine (2035 hours) has been started recently and ran well, although it will take a mechanical inspection to tell to what extent the engine will need servicing to bring it back to reliable running condition.
The batteries have just been replaced, June 2020.
Diver on boat regularly.
Interior upholstery in very good shape.
Boat stored at owner's home dock. Items like sails, electronics, cushions have been removed from the boat for the summer season but are available for inspection.
