4/7/2025 bottom was sanded and painted by the marina 1k. The Irwin is back in its slip
The owner currently sails in the Chesapeake Bay and the Irwin is in its slip at the marina.
The Irwin Citation is rated to sleep six and all cushions and covers are in great condition for a 1985.
There is a full galley with ice box, stove, oven (both work), sink and plenty of storage for an extended trip.

Condition detail
This Irwin 31 Citation is in very good overall condition and is currently being sailed.
The Auto Pilot and the water heater may need replacing. Everything else works as it should.
I did not notice any "soft spots" walking around the cockpit and top decking.
The Irwin is clean, well maintained and ready to go.
