She performs well under sail or power and is easy to handle with furling main and jib and all control lines in the cockpit.The main salon is very comfortable, bright and inviting, and the galley with Corian countertop, built-in trash can, separate freezer and fridge, double sinks, full set of kitchen service ware, silverware, pots, pans, LP gas range and microwave. She has been lightly used and well cared for and had a new bottom job in 2015. Also In 2015: new cockpit cushion foam and covers, new Magma grill, new anchor wash-down pump, new cushion covers in v-berth, added spare fixed prop, new dock lines, new horseshoe life buoy, new start battery, 4 Trojan 6-volt house batteries, new shower sump and pump, new fuel and oil filters, new shore power cord, and added charger points for iPhone/iPad. She has reverse cycle heat and air conditioning, battery charger, trickle solar panel (built in) for topping up start battery, Lewmar winches, and full instrumentation. The Yanmar 36 hp diesel has low hours (903) and is in excellent condition. Current owners have sailed many times to the Bahamas as well as Bermuda and trans-Atlantic. So many thoughtful touches that make life on board a pleasure: cockpit seating for 8 and a custom console with fold out table leaves, cockpit stereo speakers and lighting, fold-over help seat for walk thru access to stern platform, cockpit shower, winch lift arm for outboard motor, and substantial storage lockers. Head with separate sink and shower, and a shower sump so gray water doesn't get in your bilge; nav station with large chart table; excellent wiring panel for ac and dc service; handsome main salon with seating for six, lots of overhead natural light, and plenty of hatches for fresh air; the v-berth has a hanging locker, and it's own sink (very useful when guests are on board), and a large hatch for fresh air; there is excellent lighting throughout...even soft mood lighting; the Aft master stateroom has a queen bed, two hanging lockers, plus lots of other storage, and a wonderful cushioned seat that's a great reading spot; the anchor locker has a Lewmar electric winch, anchor wash down hose, and two complete anchor systems with a 44b Rocna.
