PERRYAYE is a 50' custom one-design racing sloop that was designed by Ed Dubois and built by Green Marine in Hampshire, United Kingdom to race under the UK Spectrum 50 Class Rules. She has gorgeous lines and is a real joy to sail. She has a Southern California PHRF rating of -15 and is offered by a motivated seller at a very attractive price for this high-performance sailing vessel.
Sail locker forward with a single removable berth to port followed by an enclosed head with vanity adjacent to the mast and a canvas covered wet locker opposite.
Next aft is the main salon which features a U-shaped galley to port followed by a settee/berth and an upper pilot berth, while to starboard there is a forward facing nav station followed by a settee/berth and another pilot berth. Ample storage on both sides below and outboard of the settee/berths.
The engine is located directly aft of the companionway and engine box doubles as a dinette table.
Outboard of the engine on both sides are changing settees with 3 storage compartments outboard.
Finally next aft are four more adjustable pilot berths (2 to port and 2 to starboard) with storage under.
The interior is light and airy and well-ventilated. All cabin soles are light weight carbon fiber with foam core construction.
