This 46 Grand Banks is well equipped and has been well maintained over the years. This 46 Classic has the optional interior layout with down-galley and forward V-berth cabin which makes the salon area more spacious. 

The yacht was recently hauled out this January for new bottom paint. The owner has also upgraded some of the electronics such as autopilot and chart plotter to Raymarine. The fuel tanks were changed out about 5 years ago and the engines have been well looked after by the current owner.
