This 1968 Persiner was once a commercial fishing boat plying the waters of Northern Californian coast with a range of over 2500 miles. It is still seaworthy and has been restored and remodelled into a moderized floating condominium. The once cramped Captain's and crews quarters have been increased, enlarged and made luxurious by the extensive work of the current owner.
Over the past 13 years, everything on the boat from the electrical wiring, diesel power plant, generators, rooms, galley, laundry, storage, workshops, etc have been repaired or replaced.
This palace on the water has four air conditioners, four flat-screen TVs, a washer and dryer, all new appliances in the galley; the galley is all-electric. Interior and exterior lighting is all new.
On the bridge, everything works, including all avionics, radios. There is even a drop-down chart wall.
You might buy this boat to go boating once in a while if you are an experienced Captain. It's more likely you'll buy this boat to live in.
