Morningside has extensively cruised the Chesapeake Bay, been to Key West for the winter and in 2010 completed the "Great Circle Loop" through Canada and the Great Lakes.  She has always performed flawlessly with her John Deere engines and during the six thousand miles of the Loop there were no mechanical issues, other than oil changes and routine maintenance.  She has always been professionally maintained and is in remarkable condition.

The teak decks have been replaced with fiberglass to prevent any leaks, the bottom has been sandblasted, dried out for nine months and re-glassed.  Six layers of barrier coat were applied at that time, fuel tanks have been epoxied and new transmissions were installed in 1998.  A generator, full electronics, tender with 15hp outboard and a host of other necessities, comforts and conveniences are in place, all ready for the next owner!
