ââ?¬Å?LAVROCK IIââ?¬ï¿½ features the popular and spacious standard Grand Banks Europa layout fitted with elegant teak and holly cabin sole throughout, custom furnishings and handsome trim accents. The Master Stateroom is forward with a center-line queen berth, head and separate shower to starboard with a door to the master stateroom and one to the companionway. The Guest Stateroom is located to port across from the head with twin double berths fore and aft. The companionway door to the head provides day use while bestowing privacy to the Master Stateroom.

The functional and ergonomic Galley is located forward to port in the main salon across from the well equipped inside helm station. Fitted with a new gourmet�s delight electric Force 10 glass-top range/oven/broiler, nestled neatly amid the Corian countertop this cruising yacht is ready to cook for the heartiest of appetites.

Upon entering the teak sliding door from the aft covered deck, the view reveals the expansive and eye appealing interior that includes the settee to port with its folding hi-lo table, the suede covered barrel chairs to starboard, the starboard helm station and the galley to port. The new Force 10 glass-top range/oven/broiler fits snuggly below the hinged counter to the right of the double stainless steel sink fitted with a Grohe faucet. A U-Line ice maker is located below the bar cabinet directly aft of the lower helm seat opposite the galley. Teak dish holders secure dishes beneath the expansive forward dash area, which provides easy access and practicality.

The new Westland Splendide high-capacity combo washer/dryer (3-07) is secured on the aft deck to starboard as you enter the main salon. The handsome blue Sunbrella cover provides protection while the washer/dryer functions as an additional space to set out food and dishes when dining on the aft deck.

Electrical Equipment
The 8 kW Onan Generator has 660 hours of operation; the shore power features 30 Amp w/adapter and 50 Amp cords along with cable TV and phone cord receptacles located on the bow and stern. GFI protection located at all areas that come in contact with water.

The Heart Inverter with Link 1000 battery monitor system is connected to two new (3-07) deep-cycle AGM batteries. The machinery batteries are separated as follows: 2-8 D starting batteries and 1 Group 27 generator battery. The Professional Mariner battery charger maintains all three systems aboard.
