A transferable slip on Cherokee Lake is available.

Vessel Walk Through

A custom aluminum framed shade cover is overhead at the bow, a large integrated bench seat just forward of the cabin has a removable seat cushion, 30amp shower power and dockside water connections are integrated along with a maxwell windlass anchor and storage locker underfoot.

The cabin entry is along the starboard side, a railing modification allows for a true side entry and a larson retractable screen door has been added at the cabin doorway. Entering through the cabin door you'll step down into the cabin and find the lower helm and electric panel towards the bow.

The lower helm is equipped with a VHF radio, ritchie compass, depth finder, engine instrumentation, remote spotlight controls, a kenwood stereo and 12 volt power outlet.

To port is a large convertible booth dinette with a custom removable teak dinette table. When converted to a berth the cushions make a Twin XL berth and storage shelves are to your aft. Midship and underfoot you'll find an in-floor integrated storage locker.

Forward of the dinette and just to port of the lower helm is the forward cuddy with a full size berth, hanging locker, 19'' TV with integrated DVD player and a hatch overhead to allow for more air flow.

To starboard of the dinette and aft of the helm is an L-Shaped updated countertop with 2 bar stools, recessed power outlets, a double stainless sink, an electric 3-burner oven/range, electric refrigerator/freezer, integrated microwave, and several cabinets.

To the port side you'll find a pantry closet. Moving aft along the port side just past a pull-out divider partition for the master stateroom you'll find the head compartment with a marine head, vanity sink, and a walk in shower.

The remainder of the cabin aft of the galley is meant for a master stateroom - a bed is not included, buyer may furnish to their needs. A large hanging closet with some integrated drawers is in the port side aft corner.

Removable steps allow for exiting the cabin to the rear deck where you'll find the engine hatch underfoot and a pair of 5.0L Crusader 305CID inboard v-drive engines, a pair of aluminum fuel tanks, onboard battery charger, and three marine batteries.

Aft the of the engine hatch you'll find a step down onto an integrated swim platform with a 4-step swim boarding ladder.

A small staircase just forward and port of the engine hatch will lead you up to the sun deck where you'll find a newer 5.5Kw Onan Cummins Air-Cooled RV Quiet Gasoline generator that is equipped with a remote start from the main cabin. Moving forward towards the bow on the upper level you'll find a large flybridge with wrap around seating for 10 with three functional stereo speakers, an 8' sunbrella bimini top, and the upper helm complete with full controls, a vhf radio, engine instrumentation, and remote spotlight controls.

Bottom paint was done recently, the roof and decks are due to be recoated, and the current slip on Cherokee Lake is transferable!
