Model Walk Through

You'll board this fiberglass hull houseboat near the bow where you'll find a small overhang suitable to provide a little shade for a pair of deck chairs and a storage hatch is underfoot. Down the starboard side is a sliding door that leads you into the main salon area of the houseboat's cabin. To the starboard side of the lower helm you'll step down a few stairs to enter the forward cuddy that's situated below the main salon area that houses a pair of double beds with a separate marine head with a vanity sink. A queen sized sleeper sofa is located in the main salon overhead of the forward cuddy along with a reclining chair, ottoman, 43'' Roku HDTV, and stereo. A dometic roof-mount air conditioning unit cools the upper cabin area with a free-standing AC unit available in the cuddy. A large counter/bar and a pair of bar stools separates the galley and the main salon, a concealed wet bar can be found under the counter top. A primo hot/cold water cooler is also located adjacent to the bar. The steps toward the port side leads down into the galley where you'll find an electric refrigerator/freezer, electric 3-burner oven/range, air fryer grill, double stainless sink, and a microwave. The galley comes fully furnished with pots/pans and the necessary utensils along with a coffee maker, coffee grinder, counter top ice maker, and keurig. A small pub table and stools fills out the galley area with the entrance to the full bath just forward and to the starboard side. The full bath features a shower/tub, the second marine head, and a vanity sink. To the aft of the galley and through a divider panel that can be used for privacy you'll find the queen master stateroom with a cedar lined hanging closet and integrated dresser to port with a second roof-mount air conditioning unit overhead. Out the rear door or up and around the exterior catwalks to the rear deck is the engine hatch with the aforementioned twin Crusader 270HP inboard engines, onboard battery charger, Westerbeke generator, fire suppression system and more in the roomy engine bay. Off the transom is an integrated swim platform and swim boarding ladder. A ladder just forward of the engine hatch leads to the upper level equipped with some lounge chairs and up another few steps you'll reach the flybridge area that has a bimini top mounted on the railing to provide some relieve from the sun, the bimini covering the flybridge is due to be replaced, and the second helm station is integrated into the flybridge. There is a small lumber framed and lumber decked dock that will be in need of new flotation in the coming years that shares the slip and houses a large storage shed and dock box that is included with the houseboat. The last bottom paint is unknown and the vessel should be hauled out for a marine survey prior to purchasing and a buyer should budget to have the bottom repainted and the decks should be re-sealed. The roof will be due to be re-sealed in the near future but does not exhibit the same amount of urgency as the side decks. The current Norris Lake TN slip is transferable.
