Vessel Walk Through

A 20' x 24'8'' attached dock off the covered patio features (4)rod holders and a 5-step swim boarding ladder with handrail. Two PWC ports are also attached near the rear of the Floating Cabin with an included 2021 Pelican Predator 30lbs thrust trolling motor powered dinghy for operating around the marina harbor.

Entering the main cabin from the covered patio you'll find an open living room/kitchen with an added bar/countertop for additional eating space and a small kitchen island for additional cabinet space. The kitchen is equipped with electric residential appliances - refrigerator/freezer, 4-burner oven/range, OTR microwave, dishwasher, double stainless sink, and coffee maker. A 43'' HDTV with bluray player is not shown.

Down the hallway you'll find the queen bedroom with a ceiling fan overhead to your right, farther down to your left you'll find a spacious bathroom with vanity sink, walk-in shower, additional storage cabinets, and a residential toilet. The bathroom is also equipped with a washer/dryer hookup that is behind an added storage cabinet, also concealed but accessible in the bathroom is a lake water pump and electric tankless water heater.

Continuing down the hallway and to your left you'll find a bedroom with a twin bunk bed; farther down and to your right will be a bedroom with two twin beds, a dresser/chest, and ceiling fan overhead.

Exiting out of the Floating Cabin onto the rear deck you'll find the 2-Ton HVAC Central Heat/Air Conditioning Heat Pump and a staircase from the exterior leads up to the 230sqft bonus room which houses 4 more twin beds and access to an additional 112sqft lockable storage area.
