The attached concrete dock features a metal roof and is constructed over wrapped Styrofoam flotation (that will need to be replaced by 12/2031) plus a storage shed, several storage lockers, and a 8' 7" x 24' Boat Slip with a Front-Mount Boat Lift Included.
The interior of the main cabin features 3 bedrooms (a King Master, King Guest, and a Queen Guest) and 2 full bathrooms (master bath features a walk-in shower with residential toilet and vanity sink while the guest bathroom is equipped with a marine head, shower/tub, and vanity sink). Comfort is provided by a 2.5 Ton Central Heat/Air Conditioning HVAC unit with ceiling fans located throughout the bedrooms and living room as well as the front & rear covered patios, plus an electric fireplace heater can be utilized in the living room for ambiance or for extra comfort if you elect to enjoy some quiet time at the lake during the off-season. A 10' 4" cathedral ceiling is found in the living room and in the master bedroom with 8' ceilings throughout the rest of the floating cabin.
The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances - Whirlpool SS Refrigerator/Freezer, 4-Burner Electric Oven/Range, OTR Microwave, a Stainless Double Sink, and a Keurig Coffee Maker. An additional refrigerator/freezer can be found in the storage shed of the attached dock and a gas grill with side-burner is kept on the adjacent covered patio that also features a ceiling fan overhead. Sunshades are attached on the exterior at the front porch and on the adjacent patio for additional privacy and comfort during those hot summer afternoons at the lake. The main cabin is also equipped with a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
At the current mooring location this Floating Cabin is connected to shore power and seasonal water, while it's also equipped with a lake-water pump and Ultra Violet treatment system for year round water. Fishing lights are mounted close to the water off the covered front patio to aid in catching the next day's bait or that night's dinner. Rainy day or evening entertainment is supplemented with 3 SmartTVs throughout for when the fish aren't biting.
This TVA-Registered Floating Cabin has completed it's electrical inspection and only needs grey water collection and the attached dock's flotation replaced to be eligible for a 26a permit with TVA.
