This 13' x 29' Floating Cabin For Sale on Norris Lake Tennessee is constructed on an approximate 20' x 47' Monolithic Frame and includes two attached docks that are approximately 12' 5'' x 32' 5'' and 8' x 18' all are constructed on new style plastic encapsulated Styrofoam flotation with lumber framing and decking - the approximately 377/sqft Cabin features insulated ceiling and exterior walls with a metal roof, vinyl siding, dual pane windows, and doors. This TVA Registered Floating Cabin is currently attached to another Floating Cabin, however they will be disconnected prior to closing and it can remain at the current location upon being disconnected or could be relocated to another marina on Norris Lake at the buyer's discretion (subject to availability at buyer's desired marina location).

The interior of this floating cabin is finished with nearly 360 degree visibility as dual pane insulated windows surround the cabin on all sides. French doors lead you inside from the covered front porch to an open concept layout with a half wall dividing the interior space. A galley kitchen is located along the starboard side and is equipped with a gas/electric dometic refrigerator/freezer, stainless sink, and 2-burner LP gas range cooktop with a Frigidaire 8,000BTU cooling capacity window AC unit and a hanging closing also along the starboard wall and to aft. A queen size bed is currently located against the aft side of the half wall that will be removed prior to closing, a king size bed will also fit in this space. A half bath is in the port side aft corner of the floating cabin with a residential toilet, vanity sink, medicine cabinet, and an approximately 275 gallon waste holding tank is mounted below the floating cabin's exterior. A tongue and groove ceiling is overhead with a peak clearance of 8' 3'' in the interior with engineered wood floors underfoot. A stereo receiver is included with (2) interior speakers and (4) exterior speakers along with zoned audio controls.

At the rear of the Floating Cabin's exterior you'll find a storage locker that houses a 2000Watt Magnum Inverter with a MPPT Solar Charge Controller and a couple of AGM batteries that connect to (6) solar panels mounted on the Cabin's roof and a Kayak Storage Rack is attached to the aft edge of the Cabin's Monolithic Frame (2nd Kayak Rack & Kayaks are NOT Included). A deep 4-step swim boarding ladder is attached to the larger of the two attached docks with partial rubrail edging and (3) mooring cleats are along the dock's edge. A pair of 100lb propane tanks are also included. A generator is not included, but one would be necessary to power the air conditioning unit.
