Survey of the captioned Steel/Diesel Trawler Yacht JEZEBELLE was made by the undersigned Certified Marine Surveyor commencing December 8, 2C)23 through February 20, 2024 with said vessel located hauled and blocked at
Alabama, per attached pictures .
Purpose of inspection was to ascertain condition of vessel and equipment and pertinent particulars in connection therewith in way of construction details, capacities, dimensions, etcetera; to inspect all installations and list equipment sighted; to make such recommendations as found necessary in accordance with marine underwriting, U.S. Coast to make appraisal thereof as to Guard, NFPA and AB YC requirements ;
present day market and new cost replacement values and to report findings .

GENERAL DESCRIPTION & INTENDED USAGE:
The subject vessel is an all welded steel construction, single screw, diesel powered, former refrigerated Gulf of Mexico shrimp trawler under conversion to a trawler yacht. Vessel is arranged with deckhouse forward, mast and rigging midships and open area of deck aft, The vessel is used for recreational purposes as a private yacht.

MARINE SANITATION DEVICE :
1 - Ahead Sanitation Systems Type 11 marine sanitation device, model AT-6T, 56 gallon. Unit in compliance with USCG 33CFR 159. 97 .
HULL COWPARTMENTATION & ARRANGEMENT :
The subject vessel is fitted with five (5) transverse bulkheads into the following compartments from bow to stern: First is the forepeak potable water tank. Next aft is the forepeak compartment. Beneath the forepeak compartment is an innerbottom ballast water tank. Aft of the forepeak compartment is the engine room. Port and starboard Of the engine room are wing fuel oil tanks. Aft of the engine room is the former shrimp hold. Aft of the former shrimp hold are port and starboard transverse ballast water tanks. Aft most is the lazarette.
DECKHOUSE CONSTRUCTION & :
The deckhouse is constructed of 3/16" plate, flat bar and angle framed, R-13 fiberglass and Johns Manville foil faced foam insulated and ceiled throughout with wood cabinetry and quarter-sawn wood panels composed of cherry in the pilothouse and Red Oak in the galley, salon and water closet areas of the deckhouse. Overhead is currently open for completion of electrical wire runs but slated for covering with tongue & groove ceiling. Flooring will be wood laminate.
Beginning forward is the raised pilothouse fitted with a formica covered Cherry helm console with access panels beneath, port and starboard exit watertight doors, two (2) pedestal type upholstered pilot chairs and classification society compliant, aluminum framed 1/4" safety Glass windows by Wynne Enterprises, Inc. ,
Additionally, deckhouse aft windows and doors as well as the cargo hold hatchway skylight all are fitted with 3/8" safety glass.
DECKHOUSE CONSTRUCTION & ARRANGEhENT:

microwave on a GFCI receptacle, model MW8627W and a RecPro 10.7 f t 3, 12 VDC stainless steel refrigerator, model RP-RFG-IO-SS. A double basin stainless steel sink is fitted into a U-shaped (currently unfinished) counter over ample Red Oak storage cabinets arranged above and beneath. A single 5-gaIIon LP gas cylinder serving galley stove was located aft of deckhouse on the port side equipped with suitable hose, shut off valve and regulator .
Immediately to starboard of the pilothouse to salon steps is the descending stairway to the forepeak bow cabin. Starboard side forward most deckhouse salon is a half bath water closet equipped with residential type toilet (head) and featuring a Red Oak vanity, storage cabinet and trim. Just aft of said half bath is a cedar lined full height closet .
On centerline mid-deckhouse is the exhaust trunk. Engine exhaust piping found fitted with new condition lagging. Starboard side aft deckhouse is the descending stairway into the former fish hold. Adj acent locker houses a 24-v01t DC variable speed engine room exhaust fan .
Centerline aft most deckhouse salon are Red Oak double doors onto the stern deck. Deckhouse salon is mostly finished out awaiting furnishings and outfitting.
FOREPEAK (BOW CABIN) OUTFITTING & ARRANGE>ENT :
The forepeak compartment now houses the bow cabin which is approximately 85% complete with all ceiling in place to include plywood in way of the collision bulkhead, finished lap strake hull side liner and plywood enclosed stairway. A full bath water closet equipped with residential toilet (head) , porcelain lavatory in a painted wood vanity and a quarter-round shaped stand-up shower stall with curved acrylic or glass closure is Located port side aft. Starboard side aft is fitted a large cedar lined walk-in closet. Areas within this compartment require finish work in way of berth installation, trim, paint/ stain, etcetera.
On centerline aft compartment is a Red Oak cased engine room forward steel access door with a 60-minute fire rating. Additionally, the aft engine room bulkhead double door is likewise 60-minute fire rated.
FORMER FISH/CARGO HOLD:
Areas within the former fish/ cargo hold have yet to be completed.
Stacked materials such for said completion . wall /bulkhead ceiling deckhouse was noted as house staterooms, water as mineral wool insulation were sighted within Some insulation work followed by plywood was sighted in place . Access stairway from completed but not finished. Area reportedly will closets and a laundry. Full survey is available.
