Both Engines and drives have been fully serviced, boat has been fully detailed including teak refinishing and new bottom paint on hull and drives. All has been done in May 2013. Boat is kept inside high and dry storage half of the year, other half is kept in water. Regularly monthly bottom cleaning service at the first of every month. Our family owned company has been servicing and maintaining this boat for two owners over the course of many years. We have all the records you would need in our files. Battery Charger, Cockpit Cover, Fiberglass Cockpit Table, Refrigerator 12v, Selectable thru-hull exhaust with silent choice, Stainless steel windshield, Clarion Stereo system with iPod integration with 4 speakers and sub-woofer, Teak walkway, Transom mount trim switch, Vacu-Flush toilet system never used, Waste macerator w Y Valve, Stainless Steel anchor with remote windless, VHF and GPS
