The Dining area was converted to storage, but can easily be converted back to the Dining area.  The Master stateroom has both tub and shower, and  Unique to this 427, this boat has TWO  Electric Heads with showers, one with tub.  You and your guest will enjoy relaxing on her huge covered aft deck, equipped with wet bar and furnishings  plus a new full Isenglass enclosure.  Molded steps lead to the bridge with large helm station with additional seating, New Bimini, and all around visibility. She is powered by Twin 350hp Crusaders (re-built by Jasper) with approximately 600 hours.  The owners have spared no expense lovingly updating this 427 and have created a beautiful home on the water. Her huge main salon offers a large full size L-shaped sofa, New carpet, New Top notch Stainless Steel Appliances in the galley and panoramic windows all around for incredible views. The Huge Master Stateroom provide a Center-line queen berth with  plenty of light from windows and private head with TUB and shower. The Guest forward cabin offers a walkaround double berth with access to the head with shower. She is fully air conditioned and heated, has a Westerbeke Generator, Windlass, Electronics, Radar Arch, All tanks have been updated, Bottom is cleaned every 6 weeks and outside waxed every 4 months. This Catalina is delightful to be aboard on the water or dockside.  She defies her age and is A Must See!
