UNFORGETTABLE
Chris-Craft's Mid-Century Flagship Masterpiece, Reimagined for Modern PNW Cruising
MAJOR PRICE REDUCTION - NOW $239,000
Likely the finest award-winning 57' Constellation on the West Coast - one of only eight factory extended hardtops ever built, and recipient of the 2019 Classic Yacht Association People's Choice Award at the Bell Harbor Marina Classic Weekend. Surveyed at $325,000 with zero recommendations - the result of a $1.5M+ refit led by a full-time project manager (2010-2014). All systems thoroughly updated. Highly economical twin Detroit power. Always a head-turner underway or at anchor - be prepared to be the center of attention.
Premier covered Lake Union moorage with skyline views - liveaboard eligible and transferable. LLC owned for significant tax savings. Owner financing available.
At the new asking price of $239,000, UNFORGETTABLE represents an irreplaceable value - a documented, surveyed, and award-winning classic priced well below recent independent survey and well below replacement.
Historical Significance
UNFORGETTABLE is one of the last wooden Chris-Crafts ever built - just 262 of these 57' Constellations were crafted before Chris-Craft built their final wooden hull in 1971, and one of a handful remaining. She's better than factory. Totally reimagined for PNW yachting today.
Originally equipped with “crew quarters” forward — bunkroom, head with shower, galley, and convertible dinette — the forepeak has been seamlessly integrated with the main vessel, preserving the yacht’s mid-century character while dramatically expanding livability and natural light. The heart of the yacht is a 12′ × 14′ main salon with a custom mahogany L-shaped settee and storage, built-in entertainment center with surround sound, custom satin-finished brightwork, luxury headliner, and dimmable Italian LED lighting throughout, all in exceptional condition.
Tailored navy and cream, mahogany, and gold accents — pure mid-sixties Jackie O, a Camelot-era design language translated for Lake Union. From the salon, step up to the helm and afterdeck, or down to the sleeping quarters.
Moving aft and below: the VIP guest stateroom to port, guest head to starboard, and a convertible Pullman berth for overflow guests. All the way aft is the full-width primary owner’s stateroom with ensuite head, residential-scale shower, double closets, and built-in vanity. Tecma electric heads. Sleeps 10 with abundant storage throughout. More livable interior volume than most modern 60-footers.
Stepping up: the leather-upholstered modern helm and covered afterdeck combine for 268 square feet of protected outdoor living — under the rare factory extended hardtop, complete with custom headliner, Italian LED lighting, and additional remote speakers. Enclosed with clear weather canvas in winter or removed in summer, this is the yacht’s entertainment heart. The hidden wet bar behind the helm seat — with sink, icemaker, and glassware — opens to reveal one of the most exclusive cocktail spots on the lake. Custom superyacht-grade deck furniture seats up to 10. The foredeck, with built-in 10′ settee, can host 20 for daytime fun and 12 for alfresco dining. Extended teak swim step, custom boarding ladder, removable Magma BBQ, custom stainless SeaWise davit with Walker Bay tender.
This is a yacht that lives far bigger than 57 feet — in true Camelot style.
