Boat is in excellent condition. New anchor, anchor pulpit, windless. Includes trailer that was just purchased in January 2008. Trailer has a spare tire. Garmin 498 GPS/fishfinder/VHF radio. Electric head, freshwater system, waste tank w/optional direct overboard. AM/FM stereo w/CD player. 12 v. power refrigerator. 10,000 BTU Cruisair AC w/reverse cycle heat and upgraded digital controls. Interior is in really good condition. Boat has been professionally maintained while I owned it for the past 3 1/2 years. Spare prop. Misc. spare parts for motor including impeller and belts. Engine 305K was totally gone over 2 years ago. We pulled engine to repaint engine room and added a diamond plate engine pan, so that bilge stays clean. Fuel tank holds approx 80+ gallons of fuel. Installed a fuel flow meter. The GPS/VHF radio communicate for emergency purposes. ALL systems on this boat work. Canvas is in really good condition. New eising glass for the canvas. Installed a new Bomar hatch for v berth access. Boat runs beautifully and is still presently being used. New manifolds and risers installed. Upgraded seawater pump for direct drive for ease of repairing and replacing impeller. Changed cooling system on engine so engine cooling performance is optimum. Added a fuel water separator. The AC in boat has three vents. One for galley, one for v berth and one in head. I've spent over $30,000 on this vessel. Asking 11,900.00
