MUST SEE classic CHRIS-CRAFT ---- Motivated Seller -- ALL reasonable OFFERS will be considered!
Chris-Craft built 170 Continental 23's in their post War run, between 1956-1958.
They measured 22'7" with a beam of 7'11" and a 23" draft. The extra seat behind the driver's seat was an option available for this boat. This boat is in good shape, however, a bit of wear and tear is visible.
The vessel is in good mechanical condition - She does need some work. - After some love and TLC, this one would be the perfect runabout. Perhaps for on LAKE TAHOE?!

Cons
Maintenance: Being a wooden boat from 1956, it requires regular upkeep, including varnishing, sealing, and general maintenance to preserve its condition and prevent wood rot.
Engine and Parts Availability: Original engines and specific parts can be harder to find, potentially leading to higher restoration costs or the need for custom solutions.
Limited Modern Amenities: Unlike contemporary boats, the 23 Continental lacks modern conveniences such as advanced electronics, built-in storage compartments, or contemporary safety features.
Weight and Handling: The wooden construction makes the boat heavier compared to modern fiberglass counterparts, which may impact fuel efficiency and maneuverability.
