Personal Note From Broker
You may ask why am I so high on this boat. Why this boat?
Her owner is a real sailor, craftsman and naval architect.
But the real reason I know so much about him and this boat is this same owner and captain renovated my entire 1988 house in Palm City. He took her down to the studs and incorporated upgrades that I could have never imagined. Is she perfect. No.  She is a great sailing vessel.
