Big Cruiser, Maintained, fully loaded, a classic sailboat!
Classic World sailer, This Pearson 40 is all the boat you need for any voyage.
This particular boat comes with a centerboard keel which allows you to get into any shallow spot you want. Only 4' 3" is needed to move this boat.
Another feature of this boat is the solid rigging, for more reliability and easy service. Also, this boat comes with an extra pole for an extra sail if you want.
Currently this Pearson has solar panels and a 1,000w inverter to power the cabin while on the way. Also, there is a digital autohelm unit as well as windvane for keeping your heading while on a long trip.
At the cockpit, a full bimini and dodger provide lots of protection from the elements. All of the electronics are in the line of sight and you could operate all your lines from back here, as well as the centerboard.
The cabin is one of the most comfortable layouts you'll ever meet. A couple of steps down on the starboard side, you have your galley with a double sink, stove, microwave, oven, and refrigerator with ice box. Across, on the port side, you have your nav station and a single berth. A big bench and desk to work comfortably from here. All of your breakers are in this area too. The boat also has a watermaker.
Midship, you have a big dinette area. It comes with a fold-down table, and 2 large benches on each side with lots of storage all around. Next, your enclosed head with shower. Plenty of room to operate here. The head is manual, so it is easy to maintain, and won't use up your freshwater tank. Plenty of storage in this head.
At the bow, your main bedroom, a V-berth with lots of storage all around. There is also plenty of closet space in this bedroom. The big hatch provides lots of natural light here.
Overall a great boat for a long trip, or live-aboard.
