As you board the vessel, you find yourself in a large and comfortable cockpit with seathing for six, plus two stern pulpits.
As you come down the companionway, immediately to your port side and aft is a spacious guest cabin with a queen berth, and ensuite head that also doubles as a day head.
Immediately to starboard is the large u-shaped galley. Step down and you are surrounded by a large saloon, with dinette for 6 adults to port and, and to starboard a loveseat and navstation. Forward of the navstation is a guest cabin with two bunkbeds and ample storage.
Just forward of the dining area is the entrance to the large owner's cabin, with a pullman style type queen berth, but with plenty of access from the foot of the bed. To starboard there is a vanity, and closets on both sides of the cabin. Forward is the ensuite head with actually a small bathtub!
At the bow there is a complete crew's cabin.
The Standing Rigging was replaced just 4 years ago!
The Catalina Morgan 50 is a masthead rig sailboat, meaning the Genoa reaches the top of the mast, ahead of the top of the main sail. The Genoa is on a furler, and there is also a staysail on a furler.
The main is a stack pack.
A fresh bottom paint was applied June 2025, plus new zincs and throughulls for everything except for the heads.
