She is in near-new condition. Her deep draft keel helps with good sailing performance, especially when going to weather. The Selden furling mainsail (almost new) and genoa make her very easy to sail. She is beautifully designed inside and out. Main salon includes leather cushioned seating, fold-away dinette table, galley, nav station. Head includes separate shower stall.Sleeping quarters are in an aft cabin and a large V-berth with lots of room for a boat of this size. There are 996.3 hours on the main engine, a 40 Horsepower Yanmar Diesel and the broker has full service records showing regular maintenance since new. She has full electronics and is ready for Catalina Island and beyond. This boat will not last long!
