A beautifully maintained transom walk through cockpit sloop with a built swim platform for great ease of diving. On last trip owner single hand cruised her from Pine Island to the Dry Tortugas and back the spring of 2022. Previous owner had entire interior customized to a top yacht finish throughout. International diesel engine purrs her along well with 2800 hrs of usage.

There is a snug double quarter berth all the way aft on the starboard side, galley is spacious with gimbaled gas stove, icebox, pressure water system., electric coffee maker, water heater and freezer and microwave oven. There is a double and single berth and dining table in the main cabin. Further forward there is an enclosed bathroom with shower. All the way forward there is a large double berth. The cockpit is quite spacious including a large storage locker and an easily accessible wheel steering set up with an adequate display instrument panel. Al halyards lead aft to the cockpit. The cockpit entry to the main cabin has two options. At sea the entry can be closed off with beautifully varnished sliding panelsÃ? or at anchor twin doors permit easy access in and out of the main cabin. Electronics include GPS, auto pilot, VHF and wind speed indicator. Batteries ââ?¬â?? Four 12 volt batteries and one 12v starting battery Deck equipment includes one 33 lb Vices anchor, stainless steel bow pulpit and stanchions for lifelines, NEW Bimini Top, sail covers, stainless steel dinghy davits, swim platform and boarding ladder Sails & Rigging ââ?¬â?? Dacron mainsail with slab reefing, roller furling jib, cruising spinnaker, mainsail sail number 1050
