You are the lucky sailor to have come upon this very unique 1989 Catalina 34 with a wing keel, since she has been owned by the same owner since 2000 and has had extensive upgrades over the years.
In 2001, the seller replaced the cutlass bearing, added a new propeller shaft with with a drivesaver coupling and had the propeller tuned and balanced.
Over the years the seller has replaced the original bladder water tanks with 3 solid plastic water tanks
The mainsail and 110% Ullman roller furling genoa on a Harken furler are less than 10 years old and in excellent condition, according to the seller.
All cabin lighting has been upgraded to LEDs and the anchor light is also LED, so one can leave it on all night and the batteries barely notice the draw down.
The boat comes with a good inventory of spares including two bilge pumps, a Rule 2000 Gold Series, and a second pump that is an automatic bilge pump with a sensor that periodically checks for water. A a Universal Diesel electric fuel pump, and a spare Edson rudder cable and an emergency tiller.
