At 34 ft with nearly 30 feet LWL and 12000 lbs. with 5000 lbs. ballast, she is a solid steady sailor big enough to take offshore and small enough to be easily single or double handed. This Mark I is a great boat to explore the New England coat from busy Long Island Sounds to the wilds of the Maine coast. She is a terrific family cruiser.
The near queen aft berth, with privacy door, creating a very acceptable aft stateroom. Main salon sleeps three with a dinette table. The double berth forepeak makes this a three cabin boat. The head is aft to port and includes a hot and cold water shower. Nicely crafted teak build in cabinetry and newer upholstery makes for a cozy below decks environment
