Pristine 2008 Catalina 320 MKII. This is the most "decked out" 320 MKII in the world. The MKII is a step up from the traditional Catalina 320 with redesigned deck mold. Fitted out with an optional 40" folding wheel, traffic flows well through the cockpit. A large under-seat locker to port includes plenty of room. Under the seat to starboard is an escape hatch for the aft cabin.
On deck, all hardware is mounted on pads above glassed-in aluminum reinforcement plates. The boat has a double-spreader Selden rig and partial battened furling mainsail and 135% jib with Schaefer furler.
Below deck, rich teak, an off-white liner and lots of light pouring in through hatches and ports make for a comfortable salon. At the base of the companionway ladder, the galley is to port with a deep double sink, two-burner propane stove and oven with refrigerator and Aldour Barbour freezer with large holding plate. Above the counter is a glass rack and shelf that doubles as a handhold. To starboard is the door to the aft cabin with its double berth running athwartship. Light enters the cabin through ports on either side of the cockpit.
Forward of the aft cabin is a one-piece head and shower unit. A dinette is to starboard side of saloon with a custom folding teak table. Factory table is also available. Between the galley and settee is the nav station. A hanging locker and double berth are found all the way forward.
Amenities include: Waeco refrigerator, Aldour Barbour freezer with large holding plate, stereo/TV, 16,000 BTU AC with reverse cycle heat, AC condensator for dry bilge, bimini and dodger, hatch covers, 200' of 1/2 inch anchor rode never used and much more.
Yacht has been detailed every 4 months and bottom cleaned every month since purchase in Dec 2014. Owner has decided to move up to a larger sailboat.
