The Catalina 320 is a very desirable boat for a couple or small family.  As one of Catalina's most coveted models, Makin' Memories is a hidden gem and a fantastic example of the 320.  This vessel is great for coastal cruising, day sailing, or racing with your local club. The large cockpit includes cushions, stern seats and a fold up table for cruising meals.  Its furling jib, fully battened main with all control lines leading to the cockpit, plus new autopilot make sailing very comfortable and manageable.  The dodger and new bimini provide excellent protection from the elements. It's easy to navigate your route as the Garmin 4208 chart plotter provides needed details.  An inflatable dingy and outboard are also included.

Making Memories is equipped with a reliable 27hp Yanmar diesel with new hoses and belts in 2014.  The heat exchanger was also serviced to provide trouble free operation. With it's 4' 4" wing keel draft, you can travel confidently with versatility in any waters.

The air conditioned cabin looks great with a modern teak and holly sole, excellent upholstered settees, two cabins, a well equipped galley and marine head.  She is ready for a new owner as the current owner has moved up to a larger sailing vessel.  Call to see this great opportunity today!
