Excellent Condition, Cruise Equipped, and Well Maintained

Just what you are looking for!

In all the years that I have been selling boats, occasionally I come across a boat that for the lack of a better word... shows Love.  This boat does not need any TLC because one can see that she has been given it continually for years.  As one of my partners would say. No apologies here. She has been equipped for cruising and the Keys and Bahamas are not far away.

The Catalina 310 was awarded Cruising World’s Top Ten Picks and Sail Magazine’s Boat of the Year Award and represents an innovative approach to cruising boat design. She has big boat features and yet is easily handled by one or two people and is a stable thirty one foot hull. The cockpit will comfortably day sail a group and has cockpit seats which are long enough to sleep or seat 7 people easily. Side decks are extra wide and secure for easy movement forward and aft. Sail controls and anchoring systems are well thought out for ease of handling.
