A major refurbish has resulted in a sailing vessel that you would assume to be new if you didn't know the year built.  Owned by a very fussy sailboat owner that had to have everything perfect and working like new.  All manuals from factory and manuals for all systems on board.

In  2018 and 2019 the following was replaced:

Sails, sail covers, bimini, cockpit cushions, lifelines, halyards, sheets, SS blocks for main, traveler and vang.  Ball bearings in traveler, companionway drop boards, locking hasps for all lockers, Ritchie compass, LPG tank, Marine head, head and sink faucets and drains, Galley sink(even the kitchen sink :-)), breakers, guages, and  lights on electric panel, 2- 4D batteries, bilge pump, holding tank sump pump, Shut off cable for engine, shut off valves for 2 water tanks. New touch screen Garmin color plotter with blue tooth, new speed, depth, temp through hull.  New terminals and ground buss, new LED lights inside and out, new Auto Pilot, new refrigeration system, New 16,000 BTU Air conditioning w heat with dedicated sump pump for AC condensate, new anchor, new foot switch, rebuilt windlass, etc. New salon table and floors. New SS BBQ and Rod holder combo.  New Roku Smart TV with an new prosine inverter to run it at anchor.

Serviced and updated : Salon table support riser.  12 v Windlass, Steering, chainplates, opening port gaskets and seals, hatch seals, winches taken apart, cleaned and lubricated.

This looks, operates, and feels like a new boat.  No leaks and starts instant.  Owner has been in the sailboat business for over 40 years.
