Vessel Walkthrough
Large split V-berth with filler and storage under. Moving aft on the port side is the head, shower and vanity. On the starboard side is a hanging locker and additional storage. On the port side of the salon is the dinette. The dinette, convertible to a double berth, is large and the table stows against the forward bulkhead. Adjacent to the dinette is a settee, which can easily sleep one. At the aft end of the settee is the navigation station. Aft of the navigation station is a large double size quarter berth and opposite a comfortable and well laid out U-shape galley, with double stainless steel sinks. The auxiliary engine space is under the aft end of the settee. The Catalina 30 is built with a fiberglass interior liner and a substantial amount of teak joiner work.

The deck layout features a very large cockpit with good access to the lazarette and comfortably deep seat backs. The mainsheet traveler is located aft of the main cockpit seats and this frees the top of the cabin trunk for a huge sliding hatch. There is another hatch molded into the cabin trunk forward and a flush anchor well in the bow.

Broker's Remarks
The Catalina 30 employs a wide beam and enjoys a spacious deck and comfortable interior and at the same time has proven herself to be a very able performer. The Sellers of "SKP Too" have been the owners for 13 years and during these years have maintained her in top condition and due to health reasons are in need of selling her.

This is a great opportunity for someone to purchase a well cared fore yacht without emptying their pocket book.
