C&C Custom 41 FRENZY
FRENZY was built by the C&C Custom shop in Oakville, Ontario. This custom version was built in advance of the production models and is considered to be much higher quality with custom finish and workmanship and superior strength, with a wing keel design drawing 6- 6. She is a superb club racer and great family cruiser. The boat has been totally refurbished inside /out and professionally maintained in excellent condition. She is a freshwater boat, stored inside a heated building for the winters and can be seen by appointment (MUST SEE!!).

LAYOUT & ACCOMMODATIONS
Sleeps 8 comfortably in three cabins, (2) V-berth, (2) main salon and (2) in each quarter berth. Large V-berth forward which is semi-enclosed; a fully enclosed head with mirror, toilet, vanity and storage cabinets. The main salon is spacious with port and starboard settees with pilot berth above port side and TV above Starboard side. There is a removable centerline drop-leaf table that will reach both settees.
The navigation station faces forward on the starboard side and is opposite the galley on the port. The galley is U-shaped and features a top loading refrigerated icebox, drawer and cabinet storage, microwave and front loading 110v refrigerator which is interchangeable with gimbaled Optimus propane stove with oven.
The port and starboard quarter berths are not enclosed and have adjustable pipe berths that can be added above. The interior finish is teak with teak and holly sole. All re-varnished in 2020. Headliner and insides were painted off-white in 2016. Cushions were replaced 2016 in good condition (Light Blue and Navy).

MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
Westerbeke 4-cylinder, 38 HP engine, 20-gallon fuel tank, PYI pack less shaft sealing system, Max-prop two blade folding propeller. Engine has been serviced / tuned-up each year by the professional marine mechanic and all recommended fluids and parts have been replaced each year. New hoses, raw water intake reservoir, Racor fuel filter, water pump and re-built alternator. New transition and SD-55 Sigmadrive shaft coupling in 2020.

DECK & HULL
Hull was professionally painted with Awlcraft 2000 in 2014 light gray with navy boot stripes. The deck was stripped of all hardware filled and painted with Awlcraft 2000 in 2015. Bottom is sanded, keel faired and coated with epoxy barrier coat and bottom paint every other year. Custom wing keel by C&C custom shop (6- 6 draft). Equipment: All blocks, cleats hatches and stanchions, double lifelines and gates were replaced in 2015 with stainless steel hardware. New custom stern ladder in 2020.

MAST, RIGGING & SAILS
The aluminum triple spreader spar and boom (Awlcraft 2000 white 2016) stepped to keel, Navtec stainless rod rigging, Navtec three function hydraulic system that controls the backstay, baby stay and boomvang. Soler masthead and LED blue spreader light package. Edson oversized wheel steering with leather cover. All new dyneema lazy jacks and halyards in 2020. Halyards run to line clutches and (4) self-tailing Barient winches in pit. Harken (MKIII) roller furling on forestay, emergency SS tiller arm, spinnaker pole, genoa sheets and miscellanies blocks and winch handles.
All winches are Barient as follows; (2) #36 3 speed primary winches, (2) #28 aluminum self-tailing, (2) #27 aluminum self-tailing and (2) #23 aluminum self-tailing winches.
