 35' C&C '71 "JUBILEE"

Jubilee is a well found extremely clean vessel.   There was a major interior update in 2009-2010.   In her day the boat was a breakthrough design winning many major sailboat races, so she is a great sailing boat and handles well in any weather.   The boat has not been raced in several years as she has been used for day sailing and cruising.  It is hard to find a boat of this vintage that is so well taken care of and clean.  The only negative feature is the gasoline engine which is the reason for the very low asking price.   It would be very difficult to find a better found and maintained boat without any major projects that need being addressed.  Take a look and you will be both surprised and pleased.  She is ready to be your next "most favorite lady".

Cons

Aging Equipment: Being a vintage boat from 1971, some original fittings and systems may require updating or replacement to meet modern standards.

Maintenance Needs: Older fiberglass boats like the C&C 35 Mk I often need ongoing maintenance to address issues such as gelcoat wear, deck leaks, or rigging inspection.

Limited Interior Space: While comfortable for its time, the interior space might feel cramped compared to more contemporary 35-foot sailboats.

Performance Limitations in Light Air: The design excels in moderate to strong winds but may be less effective in very light wind conditions.
