Brokers remarks: well everyone always wants a deal, well here ya go! I have inspected the vessel on 11-05-2007. Hull sides ready for wet sand and she will come back nicely, top decks are solid with only one soft spot found on aft cockpit hatch, some small speder cracks around life line stanchions but nothing for me to consider an issue - just age. All riggin was re-rigged and/or replaced and upgraded when the sails were replaced in 2000/2001, as well as the roller - they all looked fine and serviceable. Both the main and jib were in my opinion with the light genny and medium genny worth the price of the boat- they are all in way above average condition. The engine was replaced from the "ole" atomic to a yanmar and the engine is clean, engine of course will need servicing as well as I noted that she was not pumping enough water for me to be happy, so impeller or maybe a water pump for safe measure. All running rigging is good with some lines replaced to your taste. Interior: all fiber cushions are non-stained and will clean up nicely, all wood needs to be oiled, interior to be dehumidified to start due to not being used or gone in for long times. Sailors and sailees - thats it. 11k buys the boat. Iy is in my opinion a above average deal. See full specs for all latest pics. Good day!

Cons

Older Design: As a boat designed in the mid-1970s, some aspects of the design and systems may feel dated compared to modern boats.

Limited Headroom: While spacious, the cabin headroom may be lower than newer models, which can impact comfort for taller individuals.

Engine and Systems: Original engines and onboard systems might need replacement or modernization to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Keel and Rudder: The fin keel and spade rudder, while enhancing performance, may be more vulnerable to damage in shallow or debris-filled waters compared to full-keel designs.
