The Caliber 40 is a boat that has been built over several decades and is a proven performer.  SW Pat is a very attractive cutter with a bowsprit and a bobstay with a straight sheer and a reverse transom with a swim step and a boarding ladder. The roomy T-shaped cockpit is deep and safe at sea with three large cockpit drains and high back rests. The anchor locker is conveniently divided.  She is easily managed by a couple or by a single-hander. The main is fully battened with three deep reefs, and all lines are lead aft so a short-handed crew can raise and lower the sails and reef from the cockpit. She has a spacious head and separate stall shower forward.  Continuing aft is the master stateroom with a Pullman style offset double to port with lockers and plenty of storage to starboard.   The saloon features a 6’2”, L-shaped settee to port that converts to a double berth.  There is also a straight settee to starboard and a fold-down dinette table that joins both settees to seat six for dinner. The galley is to port with a double sink, two-burner stove and oven, gimbaled microwave and a top loading refrigerator.  There is a second head to port that is accessible from the saloon or the aft cabin.  The nav station is forward of the galley. Her interior is finished in teak with good storage below the settees and has a teak and holly sole.  She is in great condition with many upgrades.  Call for an appointment to see her.
