The "Summer Song", a 1993 35' Caliber was listed on 6/17/2026. She has been well loved and cared for and was just launched and serviced for summer!
Current owners purchased her in August of 2023 and have thoroughly enjoyed sailing her on the Chesapeake bay. They seek to sell her to buy a larger yacht to sail the Caribbean this fall.

Details of service since surveyed:
The survey concerns were addressed/repaired and many additional items including:
- Replacement of the stuffing box hose and clamps.
- Repair of a minor crack in the gelcoat.
- Replacement of fuel filter case.
- New shower pump.
- Head (toilet) and all hoses replaced.
- Bottom painted in 2024 and 2026 with replacement of zincs at the same time.
- Standing rigging inspected and tuned.
- Engine serviced annually.
- Annual winterization.
- Mast pulled and main roller furling bearings replaced to ensure smooth function.
- Foresail furling line replacement and roller furling drum maintenance (currently in process).

Accommodations & Layout:
- At the bow there is a large master stateroom with wide v-berth forward. Hanging locker is just aft of the berth to port. Shelves and drawers are found throughout.
- Just aft is the head to starboard and additional dry storage to port.
- Aft past the keel-stepped spar is the open main salon which has full-length opposing settees, and a bulkhead mounted table on the forward bulkhead. Starboard settee has an L-section, perfect for lounging or curling up with a book. Storage is found above, behind, and below the seating areas, as well as behind the table.
- Stepping further aft brings you to the U-shaped sea galley which features a stainless steel sink, refrigerator, two burner propane stove with oven, microwave, and lots of storage for galleyware.
- Opposite the galley is the separate navigation station and power distribution panel. That leads back to the aft stateroom which has room for two and storage throughout as well.
