This Cabo Rico Northeast 400 sails and motors very, very well! She is in excellent condition. Only 40 feet overall, this amazing "Blue Water" pilothouse/motor sailor has large cabin spaces, with excellent visibility from both helms. With 150 gallons of fuel, Marsea motors comfortably at 7 knots, with a max speed of 10 knots. Under sail, she is a 7 to 8 knot boat. And, this vessel was located in fresh water for much of the time.
