Reverie is a well kept Cabo Rico 38 cutter rigged cruiser with a full keel, protected rudder, autopilot, solar power, wind power, GPS, and excellent sails. She's cruised to central and south America and has just returned from her most recent trip to Key West.
Her current owners have had her since 2012 and have enjoyed her immensely but it is now time for them to undertake new adventurers. We sold her for her previous owners and we know this boat has been well cared for a long number of years.
Ferenc Mate in his well known tome, Worlds Best Sailboats, lists the Cabo Rico as one of the best. Crafted with attention to detail in Costa Rica, you will be hard pressed to find this much craftsmanship in almost any other sailboat. Designed by Gentleman Bill Crealock, she is an awesome performer both upwind and broad reaching. With her cutter rigged staysail, yankee headsail and full keel, she is easy to balance on any point of sail and she's a joy to steer.
