The boat is visited regularly and if it doesn't go out, the engine is started and brought to a suitable temperature.
The boat is equipped with two freshwater tanks, each with a capacity of 55 and 45 gallons. These tanks are regularly sanitized and flushed.
The bottom is taken care of by a local dive and detail company who perform regular bottom cleanings and zinc treatments. The bottom paint is reported to be in OK condition, but has not been repainted in several years.
The last oil change was performed July 2025.
The standing rigging was professionally tuned in 2021 at Cape Fear Boat Works and remains in excellent condition.
The running rigging has been replaced as necessary due to wear and tear. The jib sheets are approximately six to seven years old, the traveler, the halyard, and a few others have been replaced in the last 2 years and all running rigging is in good operational condition.
The sails are in excellent condition. A sacrificial UV cover was replaced on the jib two years ago, and the sails were inspected at that time.
The Raymarine electronics are dated but in good operating condition.
The Yanmar engine is in excellent condition with low hours. The hour meter doesn't appear to be operational as it reads only 34 hours, however it is known that the hours are relatively low.
A solar panel is mounted above the stainless steel dinghy davits and one of the highlights of this boat is its awesome sugar scoop, making getting into and out of the water a breeze.
The interior is in EXCELLENT condition! There are no smells and everything is very comfortable. The AC/Heat works great too! The layout on this boat is also exceptional with a very large rear berth and an ample V Berth. The head is a standout feature on this boat, with an extremely large stall shower and plenty of room to move around.
This boat is priced extremely well to sell, and will not disappoint its next owners!
