It has only been used in fresh water since purchased new through RCR Yachts, receiving annual professional yard service; it has had only one owner, stored under its fully fitted winter cover during the layup season. The Light Grey gelcoat hull, in excellent condition with factory rub rails to protect the hull sides against dings or dents along with the synthetic teak toe rails that never need maintenance keep it looking like new. Factory installed Teak Decks, cockpit sole and seating which offers superior footing and beauty are in excellent condition. A Fischer-Panda Generator powers the A/C & reverse cycle heat when off shore, charges the batteries and will run any 110v accessories while at anchor. Canvas consists of a custom two piece winter cover which covers all the way to the waterline, a light Grey Sunbrella Dodger, Bimini and connector piece, also custom cockpit cushions with matching back rests! The oven has never been used, the interior wood is in excellent condition, only 507 hours on the 54HP Yanmar sail drive and only 134 hours on the Genset! This yacht is hardly used at all and it shows.
